Day 1 - Leave home and fly to Chile

Day 2 - Arrive in Santiago where our Chile Surf Adventures representative will meet you at the airport to assist you with your transfer flight to La Serena. It's about a 30 minute flight to La Serena where you'll be met by our 4x4 Assault Vehicle and shuttled to the fine accommodations of the Tiki-Tano resort cabañas. A first class Tahitian-style abode situated right on a land connected island on the coast. The cabañas are located right in front of World class wave. After you get settled in to your room we can go surfing, or any other activity you wish to do before enjoying a first class dinner in the restaurant/bar overlooking the Pacific Ocean, topped off by a Pisco Sour(local aperitif).

Day 3 - After enjoying Breakfast we can go surfing, snorkeling, fishing, or one of the many other activities we offer, in the morning. Lunch is enjoyed at a fine restaurant in La Serena. We tour the fine city of La Serena steeped with culture and tradition. Founded over 500 years ago, it is one of the oldest established cities in all of the America's. In the afternoon, we can explore the local coastline for surf, or take a jaunt up to Pisco Elqui - a quant, spiritual village embedded at the end of Elqui Valley deep into the heart of the Andes Mountains. A tour of Pisco Distilleries is a popular activity, before heading back down the mountain to our cozy accommodation at the Tiki-Tano.

Day 4 - After a hearty breakfast you can enjoy a surf, fishing, or snorkel, while Nick and his assistant load up all the equipment and supplies for our mid-day departure to Punta de Chorros after enjoying lunch. Located 2 hours north of La Serena, Punta de Chorros is a small fishing village with 3 small islands located right off the coast. Most famous for a pod of bottle-nose dolphins inhabiting the area, this part of the coast is blessed with a pleuthera of white-sand beaches, and craggy rock formations which make it excellent for surfing, fishing, and diving all year long. Barbecue style dinner is prepared by Nick, as we enjoy the camping lifestyle on the secluded Chilean coast.

Day 5 - Personally prepared breakfast - surfing, fishing, snorkeling or exploring the area all morning while camp is packed up. We enjoy lunch overlooking the ocean while we prepare to journey northward to our next camp destination located on the coast of Vallenar. It's about a 2 and ½ hour drive north from Punta de Chorros. As we near the coast again, our path will take us through the "Parque Nacional Llanos de Challe", a unique desert region famous for a rare phenomenon known as the "Desierto Florido" (Flowering Desert). We finally arrive at our camp destination located in front of two world class surfing waves that peel into a shared channel in the middle. Dinner is prepared over an open flame grill, while you enjoy a beer or wine soaking in the last moments of southern hemi sunshine.

Day 6 - A full day of surfing, fishing or whatever your heart desires as we maximize our stay on this unique stretch of coastline. Enjoy a massage from our masseuse, join us in partaking in yoga exercises or explore the area on one of our mountain bikes. Enjoy personally prepared meals by Nick.

Day 7 - After a morning of activities we pack up camp and begin to trek northward along the "Costa Turquesa" until we arrive at a nice lunch destination - a secluded, protected cove called Isla Chata. Protected from the prevailing winds, we enjoy a nice lunch and then spend the afternoon surfing the long left handers that wrap around the north side of the island, or fish or mountain bike, or snorkel, or just soak in the sun and relax before moving on to Bahia Inglesa where our 4-star accommodation awaits us overlooking one of the most beautiful natural wonders in the north of Chile. Dinner and cocktails in the bar, or just relax and take in the sunset before retiring to your private room overlooking the ocean.

Day 8 - After breakfast, we drive northward to explore the many world class beaches for surfing, and fishing spots situated between the coastal towns of Caldera and Chañaral. We can explore spots known as "Octopus Point rights", "Fine Port Rights", or "Happy Village Lefts", before heading back to our 4-star hotel for the evening.
