We provide transport to the finest surfing zones in Chile that require a 4x4 vehicle to arrive. You are met at the Santiago International Airport, and transported to the nearest world class surf spot. It doesn't take long to find your selves out of the hustle and bustle of Santiago, and into the vast and beautiful wilderness of Chile. Our bilingual guide team will set up all the camp equipment, and prepare the meals, and do everything to make sure that you are enjoying the surf, and the country to the maximum. Our philosophy is to provide all the comforts possible, while being in contact with nature.
Nick does everything within his power to make sure that his guests surf the best waves that Chile has to offer, and that they are enjoying themselves to the maximum.
Our exploration assault vehicle is a custom 4x4 diesel Ford van. The interior is equipped with reclining captain's chairs, drop-down flat screen for DVD viewing, CD stereo system, and big bay windows for easy viewing. It can accommodate up to 10 total passengers. It has an on board compressor for easy inflation of the tires, and a 10,000 pound pulling capacity for pulling alternative equipment like ATV's, or PWC's. We usually pull our off-road, recreational support trailer fully equipped with fully functional galley with built-in sink, stove, and refrigerator, and complete indoor bathroom with shower and private facility making it user-friendly for ladies. Our 4x4 van and support trailer are designed to arrive anywhere, and return safely with complete confidence. Not only is our setup extremely sound mechanically, it is very comfortable.
Everyday the guests will be served three meals a day with beverages, wine, beer, and spirits included.
Usually consists of coffee, tea and/or fruit juice.
Your choice of oatmeal topped with honey and raisons, omelet with bacon, potatoes, and toast, or our famous banana/walnut pancakes topped with maple syrup.
Usually a light and quick meal, a typical lunch can be either a seafood stir fry with veggies and rice, or fillet of fresh fish with a veggies, or sandwiches of your choice, etc.
Dinner will often be a combination of gourmet meals such as the chef's famous Italian cuisine, or Mediterranean style home cooked meals.
Usually enjoyed around the camp fire at night, the dinner menu can include grilled Chilean or Argentinean beef (considered the best in the world), Chicken, fish or seasonal seafood, accompanied with variety of veggie, rice, potato side dishes. Followed by a unique desert typical to Chile like sweetened papayas with a sweetened cream sauce, fresh fruits, or fresh baked pastries, for example.
Nick takes great pride in his cooking, and goes to great measures to make sure each and every one of our guests are satisfied and taken care of. All of the ingredients used in Nick's dishes are the freshest available, and the highest quality available. Nick also takes into account any special requests, or situations to accommodate everyone's unique diets, or tastes.
The kitchen is always open in between meals, for those who wish to help themselves to any snacks.
